Educators Apple Award

Members of the Gillott Home Team, Keller Williams Realty Mid-Willamette, a proud Lebanon business for more than 30 years, approached school district leadership with an idea: there is so much positivity going on each day in schools, and not everyone gets to see it or hear about it. Let's acknowledge, honor, and celebrate the people who work hard for our students each day! And that's how the Educators Apple Award was born.

At any time, staff, students, parents, and community may submit nominations for current LCSD educators--anyone who works for students in any capacity. Nominations are reviewed by a committee comprised of Gillott Home Team staff and active community members. Each month, they choose four educators who rise to the top.
