For local crisis services, contact Linn County Mental Health 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 541-967-3866. They provide telephone triage, initial crisis screening assessment, crisis intervention, and more.

On-site services are available Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 5:00 at 445 Third Ave SW Albany, OR. If you wish to be seen by a crisis worker, arrive before 3:30 pm.

Each of Lebanon Community Schools has a trained counselor, or team of counselors, whose primary focus is supporting the mental and emotional wellness of students. We urge students to visit their counselor’s office whenever needed. Parents and guardians may reach a school counselor via email (names are linked below) or direct message on ParentSquare.

LCSD also has mental health therapists on staff, as well as partnerships with community agencies who provide direct, school-based mental health services to students and their families. This is usually done via referral through a school counselor or administrator. Grieving a Loss?

A local resource, based in Corvallis, is Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care, which offers many grief-support options for individuals and families. Lumina partners with schools and works to make grief support available to all, regardless of ability to pay.

The Dougy Center is a national grief center, based in Portland, that supports children, teens, and adults. Their website offers for free resources, tips, and activities, for people of all ages, as well as the ability to join local support groups in person or online.
