Flyer Distribution Request

Guidelines for Community Organizations

Our schools will not accept paper flyers, brochures, or materials for distribution to students, nor will they share electronic flyers on behalf of external organizations. Flyers must be submitted electronically to our Communications office and meet the following criteria; then LCSD will post them on our Events & Opportunities webpage and may cross-post on other district platforms. The decision on whether, where, and when flyers are shared rests with the Communications Office. Contact communications@lebanon.k12.or.us with questions.

• All flyers and announcements must be submitted as a digital pdf. 
• Content must directly affect the education or personal welfare of students and must align with school board policies.
• English and Spanish materials are strongly recommended. Please submit these as two separate pdfs. 
• All flyers must feature this disclaimer statement: The Lebanon School District does not necessarily sponsor this organization or its activities. The District assumes no liability for its contents or events arising out of this distribution. | El Distrito Escolar de Lebanon no necesariamente patrocina a esta organización o sus actividades. El Distrito no asume responsabilidad alguna por sus contenidos o eventos que resulten de esta distribución.
