Please be aware that all district facility use is prioritized first for staff and students. If a community user has requested use of a facility--and that request has been granted--and then a school group, program, or class needs that space for learning, practice, performance, etc., we must accommodate the school staff member or students' needs. This may mean that a previously-scheduled event in one of our facilities must be rescheduled; while we encourage our staff to submit requests as soon as possible to avoid scheduling conflicts, that is not always possible.
